Please note that orders are subject to sales tax based on the shipping destination and the type of product being shipped. Books and non-book items are taxed differently:

Tax on books
Quebec: 5% GST
All other provinces and territories: 5% HST
Tax on non-book items
Ontario: 13% HST
Québec: 5% GST + 8.5% QST
New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador 13% HST
Nova Scotia: 15% HST
British Columbia: 12% HST

ShopNGC Boutique: International orders
Orders shipped outside Canada are tax-exempt on both the goods and the shipping. Recipients are responsible for paying all applicable customs, duties and taxes upon delivery.

We ship using FedEx. Most orders take 1 business day to process (Monday to Friday, 8 to 4 EST) in addition to the delivery times outlined below. Orders submitted outside of business hours (during evenings, weekends and statutory holidays) will be processed on the next business day.Shipping Time within Canada and the United States

Shipping Costs
Shipping and handling rates are calculated separately for each shipping address. We ship using FedEx. Our online store will calculate a shipping quote based on your location.
ShopNGC: Boutique Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise within 30 days for exchange or refund. To obtain a return authorization, please contact customer service by e-mail (ngcbook@gallery.ca) or call 613-990-0962 or toll-free 1-855-202-4568.
Please note: Merchandise for exchange or refund must be in original condition unless received damaged or defective. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
ShopNGC: Boutique Gift Certificates
Boutique Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased by contacting a customer service representative at 613-990-0962 or toll-free 1-855-202-4568 or by e-mail at ngcbook@gallery.ca. Please note that Gift Certificates may only be redeemed in-store and cannot be used online.

However, other personal information you send to us (including e-mail messages) will not be encrypted unless we advise otherwise.
